Depending on your insurance, you may need to pay a copay or it may be entirely covered. If you do not have insurance, first time visit will be 200$ and repeat visits are 75$.

Annual exam including history and physical, blood pressure, height and weight, blood tests for cholesterol, blood sugar, kidney, liver, thyroid, and vitamins, plus preventive screenings and a review of recommended vaccinations. Usually insurance covers annual exams but will need to verify with your insurance. For first time patients, 200$ for annual exam and initial visit.

Depending on insurance, this may require a copay or it may be covered entirely. If you are a new patient to our office and do not have insurance, its 200$. If you are a returning patient and do not have insurance it will be 75$.
